Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp coarse salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top of the shell lengthwise and gently pulling the meat out while keeping it attached at the base.
- Mix the garlic butter by combining melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill flesh-side down for about 5-6 minutes until lightly charred.
